Call to prioritise booster jab rollout as NHS faces staffing crisis
Boosters must be the priority as NHS staff see an increase in Covid patients, as ITV News Reporter Helen Keenan reports, experts say priorities should be focussed on the rollout of the booster jab.
According to the Health Service Journal , staff absences across the entire NHS, including mental health trusts and other areas, for any reason including Covid-19, may be as high as 120,000. In Scotland, 121 personnel are supporting the Scottish Government, with a further 100 made available last month.
