A Telford care home is no longer in special measures after showing improvement and is now rated ‘good’ in three of six key areas.

On their visit last month inspectors found that less than half the care home was full, with 31 people using the service, which has the capacity to care for 66 people. “The provider completed an action plan after the last inspection to show what they would do and by when to improve. “People were supported to live their lives as they chose and were regularly consulted about the care they received.”
