'You don't even have dementia'

Louis-Paul Levinson was working as a care assistant at HC-One's Kyle Court Nursing Home in March 2021 when the incident occurred. He went on to add:"You don't even have dementia, you know what you are doing."said the behaviour was an isolated incident and Levinson had cooperated fully with the investigation thus it placed him on a warning for six months.to a vulnerable resident with dementia and could have made them reluctant to seek support in future..

"Your behaviour is serious as it is had the potential to cause emotional distress to a resident you supported. Your behaviour undermines the public trust and confidence in social services. If your behaviour was repeated service users would be placed at risk of emotional harm."
