Carlo Ancelotti has finally revealed which position Kylian Mbappe will play in Real Madrid's new star-studded attack.
The Frenchman took the number nine shirt that formerly belonged to Karim Benzema and had been unused during the 2023/24 campaign.Mbappe's preferred number is 10, but he wanted veteran midfielder Luka Modric to keep that particular shirt.
"If I ask you where Vinicius played last season, it's difficult to say. He didn't play as a left winger, he moved. "We are not so worried where Mbappe will play. I think it's true, it's important about the mobility up front."
