A GLASGOW charity is celebrating receiving a five-figure donation from one of Scotland’s leading family firms.

The Castlemilk charity was set up in a play area in the heart of the community 47 years ago, supporting children aged between five to 12 years old living in poverty. However, it was in danger of ending due to lack of funding, and that is when the charity approached Allied Vehicles for funding.
