“In recovery, you still get to do that every night, but no one is on anything,” she explains. “I have tons of sober friends.” The former xoJane scribe has always been candid about her battle with drug addiction, having once copped to snorting heroin and taking a Xanax before passing out in a bath — but now says she has a new lease on life.
