CATHAL DOYLE FINISHED 10th in the men’s 1500 metre semi-final tonight, but still set a personal best at the Olympic Games in Paris .
The Meath native was back in action after surging to victory in his repechage race yesterday to reach the semi-final stage. USA athlete Yared Nuguse was first in that semi-final in a time of 3:31.72, followed in second place by compatriot Hobbs Kessler.
