CCTV images of two men have been released after a car break-in and theft.
Between 5.30pm on April, Monday 17 and 1am on April, Tuesday 18, a car parked on London Road in Hemel Hempstead was broken into and a wallet was reported stolen. Police released the appeal yesterday because they believe the individuals pictured were in the area at the time of the incident.At around 1.30am on April 18, attempts were made to use the victim’s bank cards at the Shell garage on London Road.
Then at around 9.40am the same day, the bank card had been used again at Nisa Local on Crabtree Lane. PCSO Nigel Haggar, who is investigating, said: “Thankfully, the card transactions were unsuccessful, and no money was taken from the victim’s account.
