The happened near to Laneside Road in Haslingden

Lancashire Police have released CCTV of a man with a 'distinctive run' they want to speak to following an indecent exposure incident.

Officers in Rossendale said the alleged offence happened near to Laneside Road in Haslingden. The incident dates back to Friday, September 15, but investigations into the incident are continuing. Officers have today released a short video clip of man they want to identify and are asking members of the public for help. They said that while the footage "isn't the clearest", it's believed the man "should be recognisable to people who know him by his distinctive run".

"We know the quality of the CCTV footage isn’t the clearest but we believe the man should be recognisable to people who know him by his distinctive run. Anyone who recognises him – or the man himself – is asked to email [email protected] or call 101, quoting log 1456 of September 15, 2023."
