The assault took place around 6.50pm on Sunday, May, 28 2023, with a 36-year-old taken to hospital for treatment.
Police have released an image of a man they wish to speak to in connection with a serious assault in North Ayrshire.A 36-year-old man was then taken to the Inverclyde Royal Hospital in Greenock for treatment.
The man police would like to speak to is described as white, around 6ft in height and of medium build. He has short dark hair and was wearing beige cargo shorts, a black t-shirt, a black gilet and dark Adidas trainers.Detective Constable John Cuthbert said: “Our enquiries are ongoing into the circumstances of this attack and we are appealing to anyone who may have been in this area at the time and may have witnessed this incident.
