Police want to speak to the man pictured

A man armed with a weapon was seen chasing another man on a street in Nottingham. The incident happened just before 7.30pm on June 12 along Lenton Boulevard.

The victim was found to be unharmed. As part of an ongoing investigation, Nottinghamshire Police have released CCTV images of a man they would like to speak to in connection with the affray.Detective Constable Jessica Poynter, from Nottinghamshire Police, said: "Violence on our streets is totally unacceptable and we are doing everything we can to track down the person responsible.

"If you think you recognise the man in the images or if you have any other information which could help us with our enquiries please get in touch." Anyone who recognises the man is urged to call Nottinghamshire Police on 101, quoting incident number 646 of June 12. Alternatively, Crimestoppers can be contacted anonymously on 0800 555 111.
