Need plans this coming weekend? 🍟

Cedar Point’s culinary team plans to introduce several variations on the original, including Bento Fries with surimi, wasabi aioli and yum yum sauce; Birria Fries with shredded beef brisket, chihuahua cheese and sliced red fresno chilies; Thai Fries with peanut sauce, crushed peanuts and cilantro; and French Dip Fries with Philly meat, caramelized onions, mozzarella and provolone.

In addition to the specialty flavors, everyday fry varieties, including Buffalo, garlic parmesan and chili and cheese, also will be available. Cedar Point’s affection for fries began in 1942, with the introduction of what became known as Momma Berardi’s fries, sold at a small stand inside the park. No longer available at Cedar Point, the tasty fried potatoes can be found at Berardi’s restaurants in Sandusky and Huron.
