Ireland's newest millionaire said they still plan to live life as normal as possible and are looking forward to treating family and friends
There were jubilant scenes at National Lottery HQ in Dublin city centre on Tuesday as three lucky Lotto winners were on hand to collect over €3 million in prizes.
The lucky Lotto winner made the short trip into National Lottery HQ this week to collect their incredible prize, where they revealed that they are still coming to terms with their life-changing win. Also paying a visit to Lotto HQ on Tuesday were two Cork players who recently bagged huge five-figure prizes.
"I am so glad to have finally made it to Lottery HQ! As you can imagine, I’ve been keeping a safe eye on my ticket all this time – constantly thinking of all the scenarios as to how it could go missing!," she said.Finally, the second Cork winner claimed €50,000, which they won in the all-new Crossword Mystery Multiplier scratch card that launched in stores last month. The Cork player purchased her winning scratch card from Doney’s Spar, Main Street, Castletownroche, Co Cork.
