The chief financial officer of African Gold Acquisition Corporation, Dermot Desmond’s blank cheque firm, has resigned.
In a statement to the stock market, the company said that “On June 16, 2023 Carl Pombar resigned as Chief Financial Officer of African Gold Acquisition Corporation effective immediately.” No reason for Pombar’s resignation was given, and the Business Post could not reach him for comment prior to publication.
