Chanelle Hayes told how she felt “disgusted” with herself after binge eating “all day long” following her gastric band surgery.
"I’ve binged all day long on everything you can think of. Right now I’m feeling disgusted at myself, guilty, out of control, poorly, uncomfortable and angry. She said: “I am not hungry. This isn’t me being greedy… I cannot stop. Why am I doing this? The answer is: I don’t know. Fans flocked to show their support for Chanelle - with many empathising with her situation. One said: “I know exactly how you feel, I'm still on my journey with food and I'm nearly 60!”
