Chelsea's summer signings haven’t hit the ground running as they would’ve hoped CFC
Chelsea are interested in signing Atletico Madrid’s Joao Felix in January to help secure a top four place this season.
According to The Telegraph, Felix is a player Chelsea are particularly keen on and will be willing to make an initial loan offer before a permanent transfer in the summer.
