US-based restaurant brand Dave’s Hot Chicken has announced plans to open its first outlets in Ireland.
In May 2017, three childhood friends, Chef Dave Kopushyan, Arman Oganesyan and Tommy Rubenyan, scraped together $900 to launch Dave’s Hot Chicken in a parking lot, portable fryers and folding tables in tow. Dave’s Hot Chicken is one of the fastest growing restaurant brands in US history, and is a social media sensation with 2.4m TikTok followers and 1.2m followers on Instagram.
Another significant component of Dave's Hot Chicken's strategy is its focus on quality ingredients and authenticity.
