An 'adaptive, robust' system to protect children online will help prevent future child sex abuse cases, according to charity 'One in Four'.
One in Four CEO Deirdre Kenny noted that the surge in demand experienced by the charity is "both heartening and alarming."Over 500 sexual abuse survivors have sought support from the One-in-Four charity since the Scoping Inquiry into Historical Sexual Abuse in Schools was published.leading support organisation for survivors of childhood sexual abuse, has released it's annual report.
Ms Kenny said that, while it is essential for Ireland to confront"historical systemic failures", we must also tackle contemporary challenges,"particularly in the digital space".
