Due to the St Brigid's Day bank holiday, Child Benefit payments scheduled for Tuesday, February 6th, will be issued on Friday, January 31st, or Saturday, February 1st. This is a common occurrence when a bank holiday falls on Monday before the first Tuesday of the month.
