Police were called to Arrochar Street in Summerston, near the Asda store on Wednesday. The alarm was raised at around 5.30pm.
One child was rushed to hospital 'as a precaution'. The youngster was a passenger of one of the cars involved. Their age, gender, the nature of their injuries, if any, current medical condition and the hospital they were taken to was not disclosed by police. No other injuries have been reported at this stage.
