Lu Ke denied making the racist videos exploiting African children has been extradited to Malawi following the scandal and will face charges around racism and child exploitation.investigation where he was accused of using local black children to chant racist phrases in Chinese like “I’m a black monster” and “My IQ is low” in a personalised greetings video where they are seen oblivious to what they are saying.
The former Malawi resident denied making the racist content and claimed he wanted to educate the local community about Chinese culture. documentary he was secretly captured on film by an undercover journalist whom he admitted to making the discriminatory video, but then denied it only seconds afterwards.
