mmenters on the Chinese social media post chimed in with witty responses, with one asking: 'Is it a summer intern?'
A zoo in China has had to issue a statement denying that one of its sun bears is a human dressed in a costume.
In a short clip posted to China's social media platform Douyin, Angela can be seen standing on her hind legs and looking across at visitors from her enclosure as if to look for food before somebody throws some her way.A statement published by the zoo on Sunday provides a first-person, or should we say first-bear, account of events: "When it comes to bears, the first thing that comes to mind must be a huge figure and amazing strength.
Other comments suggested the possibility of it being a human in a costume because of the way the skin on the bear's backside folds similarly to a creasy and overly-sized suit when Angela stands up on her two hind legs.
