With a constellation of food world stars almost too big to count, the 2022 Southern Smoke announced Thursday it is returning this fall for what will surely be Houston’s biggest culinary blowout.

Southern Smoke founder Chris Shepherd announced that Southern Smoke, last held in 2019, will return to Houston with more than 60 chefs for three days of events Oct. 21-23, including the weekend-capping live fire and smoked meat extravaganza. Tickets won’t go on sale until this summer, but start planning now for the events including H-Town Welcome Wagon ; Southern Smoke on Ice ; and East Downtown Throwdown .
So who’s coming? Hold on to your foodie hats.
