The woman who accused Red Bull team principal Christian Horner of innapropriate behaviour has lodged an official complaint with Formula 1's governing body, the FIA., she has now registered a grievance with the FIA's ethics committee following her decision to appeal against Red Bull's dismissal of her complaint.
