Christine McGuinness says her and husband Paddy are 'really good'
When OK! catches up with Christine McGuinness, the 34 year old mum-of-three is laughing off suggestions that her 11 year marriage to comedian Paddy McGuinness is in trouble.
The couple share twins Penelope and Leo, both nine, and six-year-old Felicity together and Christine has nothing but praise for Paddy’s parenting skills. “All I’ve ever wanted was to be a mum,” she says, her face lighting up. “Motherhood is more than I ever expected and I’ve learned so much about myself along the way.”
Fast-forward twenty years, and the former Miss Liverpool is a working mum of three about to launch her very own BBC documentary bravely discussing how autism has affected her life. Christine says her diagnosis was “the biggest relief” as its “really helped her understand herself”. “My diagnosis gave me the confidence to try new things and go into new situations, like the TV shows I’ve done,” she tells us.
