Cork v Tyrone clash in the other Group 3 game
Donegal proved far too good for Clare as Jim McGuinness' side went straight into the All-Ireland quarter-finals.
Their scores were coming from all over the pitch, with their first goal coming from Ryan McHugh inside five minutes. The Donegal wing-back enjoyed a field day throughout the match. It didn't get much better for Clare in the second half as they struggled to break the Donegal rearguard, while the scores were coming easily for the likes of Oisin Gallen and Paddy McBrearty. The damage was done in the first half but Donegal were always too good for Clare.
These sides played in an opening round group game in Ennis last year which was competitive before Donegal ran out winners though the dynamic is rather different this time. Throw-in is at 3pm and we'll keep you up to date with all the action right here throughout the afternoon.
