Mobile giant ClashRoyale recently unveiled the newest champion, the Mighty Miner, coming as part of the Miner Update that will add card mastery.
Mobile tower game Clash Royale recently revealed the upcoming Mighty Miner deck, which will include the titular Mighty Miner as the new champion. The Mighty Miner will be the first new champion released since the first three - the Archer Queen, the Golden Knight, and the Skeleton King - were released in October 2021.
Clash Royale is one of the most popular and profitable mobile games on the market. Although it is free-to-play, Clash Royale makes most of its income through the sale of cards, emotes, and trade tokens. While updates to Clash Royale are fairly infrequent , developer Supercell manages to maintain interest via ongoing events like Clan Wars. Even still, without gameplay updates some players fear that gameplay can grow stale.
Already, Clash Royale players are expressing their glee at this addition of the Mighty Miner. Some are worried that the Mighty Miner will be a bit overpowered because of his high health. However, other Clash Royale players are quick to point out that the other champions that were added during the last major update all appeared to be overpowered when they were released as well. In fact, many players are considering certain counters to ground him and kill the Mighty Miner.
Still, the addition of a new champion to Clash Royale will help improve the state of the game and give players new strategies to master. The update also promises to fix some glitches and bugs, including an odd interaction when the Bandit dashes. If nothing else, the new challenges and badges give Clash Royale players something new to unlock and achieve as they work to build their decks and destroy the enemy towers.Clash Royale is available now on iOS and Android devices.
