Western Washington will wake up to more snow on Thursday morning as a weather system is set to move in overnight with more moisture and more widespread snowfall for the area.
We’ll clear out Wednesday for a sunny and brisk day with bitterly cold wind chills as once again another blast of cold, dry air comes down from British Columbia through the Fraser Gap. Wind chills and temperatures will be coldest across Whatcom County once again and it’ll feel raw areawide, despite the sunshine.
Winds are strong this morning up north with a Wind Advisory through 1p.m. Wednesday with gusts up to 50 mph. A Wind Chill Advisory in is effect until 1 p.m. also for the north interior with wind chill values as low as -10F. A Wind Advisory in effect through 1pm today with gusts up to 50 mph.
