MK Dons have hit back at Roy Keane with a cheeky video on social media after the Manchester United legend blasted their tactics.
The only goal of the game saw Callum Hendry convert a cross from close range in the 18th minute. And the MK Dons’ social media manager saw an opportunity to respond to Keane because the move started at the back with goalkeeper Tom McGill. Another simply added: “Couldn’t do it at Salford though”. Meanwhile, many replies mocked the empty stands visible in the clip, with the 6,547 fans who were in attendance clearly in the opposite end. One fan wrote: “To be fair, good goal that, in the 4th tier of English football and not a soul there to see it”.
