A Co Down woman is urging anyone considering their career options to explore the part-time courses on offer at South Eastern Regional College , having experienced how adult education has helped her to map out a path to realising her own ambitions.
Emma enjoyed the customer-facing aspect of the hospitality trade and as she gained experience, she also gained the confidence to explore what she really wanted to do. She took a part-time Beauty Therapy course at SERC before leaving her job to follow a full-time Level 2 Hairdressing course.
