Loose Women star Coleen Nolan has been proud to release a new book about coping with grief titled A Hand To Hold - and she has been supported by some of her famous friends while promoting the book

Coleen Nolan was able to rely on the support of her Loose Women co-star Ruth Langsford as she shared a new project all about grief.

The book - which was released on Friday - is described as a "friendly, compassionate and supportive companion for anyone faced with loss." The Loose Women star has been promoting the novel and has travelled to various cities to meet fans and sign copies.

She wrote alongside the video: "It’s finally here! A Hand to Hold is officially released today! I poured my heart and soul into this book, and I hope it provides comfort, support, and a sense of companionship to everyone who reads it. Thank you for being a part of this incredible journey. On Friday, Coleen went to Blackpool for a book signing. Sharing highlights from the event, she wrote on Instagram: "BLACKPOOL!! Thank you to everyone who came out to my book signing in @waterstonesbpl I’ve signed loads of copies, so if you didn’t make it down today you can pick one up in-store! I’ll be at @waterstonesliverpool tomorrow at 2pm." She added: "Oh and the song playing in the video, is me and my family!" while The Nolan's song, Blackpool, played over the clip.
