Last year Ulick McEvaddy suggested that adding to the existing terminals was"a sticking plaster job".A spokesperson for DA Terminal 3 Ltd said the airport needs to deal with what is coming down the line. "The spend anticipated by the DAA for its proposed developments and increasing the capacity by a mere 20% is €2.2 billion.
