He is facing two counts of dangerous driving on the Lucan Road and at the N4/M50 interchange in Palmerstown back in March.

He is also charged with driving without insurance and a licence, and failing to produce a certificate of insurance or licence.Mr McGregor is expected to enter a plea on these charges when he appears again in Blanchardstown District Court in two month’s time.
