She shared her sensible advice for shedding weight
A Cork woman has cracked the code to weight loss as she has lost three stone so far on her journey after struggling for years.
Speaking to RSVP Live, she said: "I've always struggled with it, it's been a back and forth journey always. Nichole fell into the cycle of binge eating and felt she had "no control" over food. However, when it came to the point where she felt she needed to lose weight, she decided to look into calorie counting.
In the beginning, Nichole was actually on calories that would have been too low for her, but Laura Burke reached out and helped her work out her correct calories. It's extremely important to be on a healthy amount of calories, and now Nichole has a highlight on her Instagram on which websites to use to accurately work them out.
