The woman is sharing her experience to warn others about how dangerous a bite can be
A woman has opened up about her terrifying experience with venomous spiders after she was bitten by a false black widow.
Fully-grown false widow spiders are most active between July and November, according to The Wildlife Trusts, so it is likely that people may have come across the huge spiders over the last few months. The footage shows two massive welts on the lady’s leg, with the poor woman having to take a course of antibiotics to treat the “awful” pain.
False Black Widows spiders are most active at night and 88 per cent of all bites occur when the spider is hidden in beds or clothing.
