Coronation Street star Elle Mulvaney has reportedly split from her co-star boyfriend after two years together. Elle, 21, and Liam Scholes, 21, are understood to have called it quits, leaving their friends and family shocked.
However, their romance is believed to have now come to an end, with a source claiming it's come as a surprise to those closest to them. "Elle and Liam were love's young dream and did everything together. Their split has really shocked their co-stars and family, and no one knows exactly what happened," a source told The Sun.
"He’s coped with his fair share of backlash in the past when he played Eli in Corrie. He’s always really supportive, and if I’ve had a bad day he’ll say, ‘Let’s go for a Chinese...’" Asked if it was true love, she replied: “Yes! It’s going well, it’s going very well.” Liam said: "Thank you so much for the birthday wishes everyone. Turning 21 with the best people around me! To my friends, my aunties, my uncles, my cousins, my grandparents, thank you for everything you’ve done for me over the past few years, I wouldn’t be the person I am today without any of you! Now let’s enjoy the Dam."
