She feels terrible Carla Connor deals with the consequences of a recent risky action in Coronation Street next week. When Roy Cropper was wrongly imprisoned for Lauren Bolton’s murder, Bobby Crawford created a false statement for the police in the hope it would set Roy free – and Carla didn’t stop him. After Roy learnt of Bobby and Carla’s plan, he told Carla they wouldn’t be friends anymore, unable to deal with the fact she told such a massive lie.
