Jay Slater, 19, went missing in Tenerife almost a month ago, and police in Spain have announced a body wearing the same clothes as Jay before he went missing has been found

Coronation Street star Vicky Entwistle was forced to quit social media after she revealed her link to missing teenager Jay Slater.

“My God Mother’s Grandson has gone missing. His Mother has flown out 7pm. To join the police search. Hope to God they find him. Please for him,” she tweeted, just hours after the news broke of Jay’s disappearance. A few days later, she took to social media again, and shared a post on X/ Twitter to update her followers on the search for the missing teen.

Fed up with the trolling, Vicky decided to take a step back from social media, and quit X/Twitter over the negative comments. “Thank you to all that followed. You made me chuckle often! I wish you well in this toxic crazy world. Good night Vic x,” she wrote, prompting concern from her fans.
