Coronation Street villain confirms exit from soap
CORONATION Street star Luke Delaney has revealed that he has left the soap after filming his final scenes.
The actor - who played the character is called Dave Fairchild on the ITV soap - said he will be departing from the famous cobbles as the extremist storyline involving Max Turner comes to an end.The actor was part of the Max Turner extremist storylineannounced his exit on social media, writing: "So it looks like Dave and the gangs attempt to go on the run didn't get them far and they'll be spending the next few years behind bars.
"I've said it before but the support I've received both inside and outside of the show really has been overwhelming so thank you.
