Coronation Street viewers were left distracted on Tuesday's episode as Peter Barlow was questioned by the police after killing Stephen Reid last week.
However, soap watchers spotted that PC Craig Tinker was in the interview room and questioned whether he would be allowed to be on the case due to knowing Peter, as well as them both living in Weatherfield. Taking to social media, one person said: "No way would Craig be involved in Peter's case #Corrie" while a different account put: "Is Craig allowed to be in on an interview with someone he knows? #corrie".
