Dani and Megen England say people can borrow a dress at no cost.

Megen England has been taking part in beauty pageants for several years and will be a finalist in this year's Miss Teen Great Britain in October. "Other girls can come and take these dresses away and bring them back once they are finished and hopefully we can keep doing that for as long as possible."The cost of school-run events like proms has been highlighted by a number of organisations.
