Irish social media personality Tadhg Fleming shares his positive experience with counselling during the Covid-19 pandemic. He felt overwhelmed by negativity and found relief in talking to a therapist. He believes counselling helped him focus on his goals and manage the pressures of growing popularity.
The social media content creator turned to counselling in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic.
“I did a couple of sessions with a guy here, local in Tralee, and I’m not messing, it was just like a weight lifted. I just started talking about everything," he said. “I just didn’t know who to talk to. I was getting bogged down. It was just all negative, negative. It was like a black cloud. And I went there, I just started talking about everything, you know, and it was just... it was a weight lifted.”
“She is the most grounded, down-to-earth person,” Tadhg said. “We met before any social media took off, and she has been my biggest support."
