Couple forced to cancel wedding after finding out via Facebook that venue had closed down

It wasn't until last week that the bride-to-be, who wishes to remain anonymous, was contacted by her venue decorator to inform her of the news. The couple used to stay at the hotel when they visited the area and it is why they chose it as their wedding venue because it has a special meaning to them. "We have no affiliation with any other hotel or venue in the area so we cancelled the whole thing. So we've lost the money for everything."
