The couple is accused of trafficking women in their mid-20s in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York, Connecticut, Delaware, and Massachusetts:
Ruiz would beat the women, brandish a gun, withhold their personal identification — even force them to take cocaine, according to prosecutors.
At one point, Ruiz moved some of the women to a house in Connecticut. He would force the women into prostitution by hitting them if they didn't want to work, or if they stashed money to save, tried to escape or fell asleep when he wanted them to work, court documents showed. Many women suffered black eyes and other bruises, with cuts and deep scars.
To prevent the women from running away, the couple would keep any government forms and IDs, including birth certificates and social security cards, prosecutors said. So is "artistic" nudity still going to be allowed on OnlyFans after news that sexually explicit content would be banned? "They're just using kind of vague language saying that sexually explicit conduct is not allowed...people don't know what that means. There's just a lot of confusion among creators right now.
