Financial Services Union says layoff process at Irish tech unicorn should be rerun after some staff were emailed information relating to severance packages during the 30-day consultation period
The Financial Services Union has called on Simon Coveney, the Minister for Enterprise, to formally ask Workhuman to restart redundancy talks with staff after employees claimed the tech unicorn had breached its statutory obligations.
The FSU has claimed the redundancy process between the Irish tech unicorn and workers is “fatally flawed” after some staff were emailed information related to severance packages during the 30-day statutory consultation period.
