Ex-Gers defender Moore believes Beale needs to try to find some consistency with his team selection moving forward, although admits that can be difficult with so many new players in the squad. Moore told Go Radio's Football Show: "I think this team has struggled because of the lack of consistency in the starting 11. That's not really allowed partnerships to grow.
