For the 9th year in a row, the Credit Union has been voted the best Irish brand to deal with by customers.
The latest Irish Customer Experience Report found that we our overall happiness with Irish companies rose by 4.9%, the largest increase since the survey began.Author of the report, and CEO of The CX Company, Cathy Summers says the Credit Union does a great job at innovating while putting the consumer first.
85% of businesses improved their scores on last year with the Passport Service, Aer Lingus and Power City all boosting their popularity among users.The broadcaster's payments scandal dominated headlines during the summer at the same time this consumer survey was carried out."The a 17% drop for the national broadcaster in terms of customer experience and a 25% drop in its trustworthiness.
