OKX, the crypto exchange, has notified the government of redundancies at its Irish operation having entered a consultation period with around 20 staff employed in Dublin.

The company, which employs around 2,000 people globally, confirmed to the Business Post that it had “recently” entered into a period of consultation with 1 per cent of its global workforce, who are employed through its Dublin-registered operation, OKBL Services and Technology Co Limited.
