It's official, Cyberpunk 2077 is getting a sequel!
According to the publisher, the Cyberpunk 2077 sequel is codenamed Project Orion, and it will be developed by CD Projekt Red. Apparently, the sequel will"prove the full power and potential of the Cyberpunk universe."
Unfortunately, that's all that's been said about the sequel, though CD Projekt has revealed a few more titbits about Cyberpunk 2077 and its upcoming projects. The , is currently in the final production phase, and the publisher will be introducing multiplayer to"most of" its new games to"enrich the single-player experience."earlier this yearFurthermore, CD Projekt is working on a new"standalone IP distinct from The Witcher and Cyberpunk 2077" called Project Hadar. This new IP is being developed"100% internally" and is in the concept phase.
