Sarah Snook – also known as Shiv Roy in ‘Succession’ – will also star in an adaptation of Jane Austen’s final novel this year.
According to Netflix, the movie – which hits the screener on 15 July – will remain true to the novel, but will comprise a “modern, witty approach” to Austen’s final book. “Living with her snobby family on the brink of bankruptcy, Anne Elliot is an unconforming woman with modern sensibilities.
